Yes! You are welcome to complete it as a practitioner adapting it for your practice, rather than as a leader of a team within an organisation. You may not share the content or use it to develop your own courses. I will be running a "Facilitator-To-Meetings Change Consultant" programme later in the year to help facilitators transfer their skills from facilitation to working in the meeting transformation space.

I feel this with every fibre in my body! The programme is designed to be SO easy to fit into your working world. Each module video is only 10 minutes and all the techniques and templates are ready to go to save you time in implementing.

Everything you use should be immediately helpful and value creating. My goal is to save you SO much more time than you spend completing the course.

This is a programme built for your team, but led by you. I will show you step-by-step how to take your team on a journey to reset how you collaborate together.

You will also start to embed crucial adult-to-adult principles in your team, in obviously helpful ways.

But the reset always starts with you and your role as leader of the team or programme. You will reset your collaboration AND you'll learn a lot about yourself :-)

There are dozens of 'running effective meetings' courses. Most teach basic hygiene factors: agendas, time keeping, chairing and maybe some handling conflict - helpful but not sufficient to change how your team genuinely collaborates. 

My programme addresses a completely unmanaged flow in most teams - how team members can get time and energy back from endless meetings and develop helpful, explicit norms that streamline what has become a tsunami of meetings, chat messages and pings.

It takes the team as a whole ecosystem, rather than just improving your ability to lead traditional meetings.

Nothing here requires budget (beyond the course fee), a mandate or a sign-off, because it's about how you lead the meetings already inside your remit. What tends to happen instead is that people notice the difference once your team is visibly calmer and faster to progress work, which is a much easier conversation to have with leadership than asking for permission upfront.

There's no new tool to roll out, no policy to change and no announcement to make to the wider business. You're not asking permission to do something different at a company level, you're changing how you lead your own collaboration.
