Module 0 is our starting point. I'm going to set the scene, introduce the core concept that underpins everything and ask you to think honestly about yourself and your team. No tools or techniques yet, just solid foundations.
Take your time - watch the video, open the workbook and give yourself permission to reflect honestly. The real doing comes in Module 1.
