Get my go-to AI meeting note prompt
The meeting summaries automatically created by Microsoft and other copilots are nowhere near good enough to use in real life. Here's what I do instead to instantly create the detailed meeting summary I need.
My meeting AI prompt:
- Takes any meeting transcript and turns it into detailed notes - close enough to share with some small edits
- Creates specific but concise notes rather than reams of GenAI waffle (and all those headings and subheadings 😵)
- Asks AI to fill in gaps, flag up risks and make recommendations - adding value to the work, not just recording the content of the meeting.
