FrictionFree - get a weekly collaboration idea ▶️

Hello from Carrie! Great to meet you at the session. Thanks for your many great reflections and questions. I would love it if you could review this session

In the meantime, here are some tools and resources to help you implement some of these ideas.

I also share a technique in detail every week in my FrictionFree newsletter.

Get my go-to AI prompt

The meeting summaries automatically created by Microsoft and other copilots are nowhere near good enough to use in real life. Here's what I do instead to instantly create the detailed meeting summary I need.

My meeting AI prompt:

  • Takes any meeting transcript and turns it into detailed notes - close enough to share with some small edits
  • Creates specific but concise notes rather than reams of GenAI waffle (and all those headings and subheadings 😵)
  • Asks AI to fill in gaps, flag up risks and make recommendations - adding value to the work, not just recording the content of the meeting.
