Your Copilot skill - save time, get better results

This 'skill' is a single file you add to Copilot so it can coach you through the techniques from the session - in your own meetings, on your own problems.

  • The whole session, in a form Copilot can use: all four principles, 25+ techniques, and the exact words to say, drawn from the talk and the deep dive guides
  • Ask it about a real meeting: describe what's going wrong and it will tell you which technique fits and how to run it, rather than handing you a definition
  • Answers to the pushback you'll get e.g. "we tried that", "people will lose visibility", "we haven't got time to redesign meetings"
  • Links straight through to the deep dive guides when you want the full method

How to use it: download the file, then add it to Copilot to upskill your agent with what you learnt. Then just ask, for example, "My Tuesday project meeting is 60 minutes of updates and we never get to the real issues. What should I do?"

Or if you prefer, you can use the original HAVI meetings Copilot prompt guide - 18 ready-to-use AI prompts for Microsoft Copilot, built directly from the HAVI "Love Collaborating, Hate Meetings?" workshop. Cut, paste and personalise each prompt to put the workshop ideas into practice immediately.
